    Sheesh. What a bunch of cheapskates. They have to offer a free PC or LCD TV in order for me to even consider accepting the program. :thumbd:

    Wow, as big a company as Sears/Kmart they did not think this one through. They either ran this by worthless lawyers or ran with the program with no legal advice. :blink: :ouch:

    Not too surprised if that is true. They already have a lawsuit against a former Kmart CEO for misreporting past earnings reports and he, of course, resigned with a pricey severance pay package. :thumbd:
