Request Receipt of Purchase Still Goes Unanswered

    I have e-mail DiamondCD TDS asking for a receipt for the TDS that I purchased at least five times without any response. I would appreciate if someone could guide me in the right direction without resorting to call their headquarters in Australia.

    This is becoming a bit ridiculous and I am getting very upset. My e-mail address is ~removed email addr~.
