    This may be old now but I see Samurai is now reemerged with V2.7 !!

    The Dl is dated 10/2006
    Have I been missing this all this time?
    I had thought that the dev had "vanished" after some alleged dispute with PivX

    There is no changelog as such but there is a useful Hardening tutorial.

    Antbody got any comments on this tool ??
    Does it do a job?
    I have had V.2.6 sitting in the back ground for a while: pops up with RKR and occassionally other installs. I never give it much thought: installed and set to justa bit more than "med-high" never really noted a problem.

    Who is SimplePC Security Inc ?

    Any body run any serious rootkit tests v Samurai
