renewed but no new password

    got the notice from the icon in systray that it was due to run out. Grabbed my credit card & renewed got the e-mail confirming the chg but never got the 2nd e-mail with a new password & it still popping up as not renewed. What did I not do correctly?

    did you check the spam folder? otherwise it might arrive on Monday

    I have no clue whether you purchased the renewal through www.eset.com or your local reseller. There are 2 ways how to handle renewals so perhaps you haven't been assigned a new username/password but your current license was merely extended. However, this may be a problem if you renew on the same date as your license expires as it may take up to 24 hours for the license to start working again. In such cases, the distributor/reseller should issue you a new license which would work immediately at the time of purchasing the renewal.
