Renewal Problems!

    Hi all

    I have NOD32 and i am very happy with the product.
    My licence was over on 29/03/08
    On friday 04/04/08 i decided to renew my licence via the belgian (luxembourg) site.
    So i payed for a renewal, then i got a mail with a pdf, which brought me to a site where i must fill in my old log in (AV-9999)
    I did all well, but i am still waiting now for my second mail, its already 2 days ago that i payed!

    What can i do? I already sent a e-mail to technical support there but its weekend now and have no reaction at all....
    Do they want me to go illegal or what? They have my money now....

    Usually, it is faster then that, in my experience in Canada.... :doubt: wait until monday and email them again or try a phone call

    Its monday now and i got no reply from those suckers!
    Can i make a complaint here, so that ESET must look for another and better distributor here in Belgium?

    There MUST be something done, my money is GONE!!!!

    Everthing is ok now, i got apologies and.... a 2 year licence!
