Removing "Text" from rie files

I might be thick but whenever I download a set of rules from here that others have posted I cannot find out how to remove the word "Text" from the download to enable me to import that rule into LnS.
If I try to rename the file-it reverts back to the original name after! Probably something simple, but got me beaten!!

 

Hi Delgado

Right click on the file
choose "rename"
left click in the box
backspace to remove the trailing .TXT
enter
a Message box from windows ask you if you want to change the extension:
click on "yes".

That' s it.
