created boot media in a flash disk "LG USB 8 gig"
    http://www.lg.com/au/it-products/consumable-data-recording-media/usb-flash-drive.jsp

recovered partition, but now cannot remove media from flashdisk. the files are deleted but cannot remove the last 69 megs. this is stopping the disk from being seen by other computers.
any ideas. i have already tried various means of formating to the disk, on more than one computer, and other types and methods. but nothing will remove the last 69 megs

Please check if your Removable drive has 2 partitions:
    * right-click My Computer and select Manage
    * go to Disk management in Storage
    * check if Removable drive contains 2 Volumes\partitions
If yes, click all partitions one-by-one and select Delete
Once Removable drive is empty, create new signle partition.

All Paragon programs have basic partitioning options (Create\Delete partition).

Run your Paragon program in full scale mode. Then select partition on the external drive and press DEL. Confirm and Apply changes.

Once completed, right-click the unallocated space and create partition.

Can you run Paragon program in full scale when external drive is connected and check how it is shown there. Please post screenshot here.

According to screen, you have not updated version of Partition Manager. The issue with flash drives is already solved.

Please contact Paragon Support team (http://www.paragon-software.com/webform) they will provide you updated version with bugfixing.

Then install the new version and:
    * Delete partition on Removable drive from Partition Manager
    * Create New partition
    Check if it works.

Dear Simon , thank you for contacting our service. As you already know this bug (with flash drives) is already fixed in the newer build of Partition Manager 11. But you have Single Use License edition and fixes for it were not released. Fix was released only for full version. So one of the possible solutions is to purchase a full Personal version - you could pay the price difference and have the full version. But there is Christmas coming soon and we decided to make a small present for you - please follow one of these links and download full Personal version with this bug fixed: - 32bit: http://ftp.paragon.eu.com/support/PM11PersSB/PM11_Pers_full_ea_x32.msi - 64bit: http://ftp.paragon.eu.com/support/PM11PersSB/PM11_Pers_full_ea_x64.msi If you have any further questions I will be glad to answer them. ____________________ With best regards, Elvira Umyarova Support Engineer Paragon Software Group Knowledge Base: http://kb.paragon-software.com/ Web site: http://paragon-software.com/ Web forum: http://support.paragon-software.com/ Follow us on Twitter http://twitter.com/ParagonSoftware Get time priority in receiving qualified

ok thnks..... i repaired the current install with this but the version and date stayed the same. i uninstall the old version, install this one and it tells me invalid serial. how dare you sell a program knowing that it is a bugged version. i expected that the program i bought with a 10 day key was the same as the full priced one, there was no indication listed anyware that the 10 day version was the older version and not the same as the retail. i stiil have no working version

Simon, you need to re-install, not repair installation:
    1. Uninstall PM from Control Panel - Programs & fetures
    2. reboot
    3. Disable antivirus and install the new build
    4. restart the PC.

Did you try to re-format your external drive with new version of Partition Manager?
    Does it work?
