    I have this program called Remotely Anywhere and NOD32 keeps saying probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus. It's actually legit software that we use to connect to other computers.

    Submit it to Eset, thus Eset can add signature using the extended database, so you can disable such option in NOD32 and you'll not have more alerts.
