I have created a package for LAN use and one for WAN use for my outside sales reps. Just using an example, my internal LAN address of the RAS is 1.2.3.4 and the outside address is 11.22.33.44. For my internal package, I have 1.2.3.4 set as the RAS. For the outside package, I have 11.22.33.44 as the RAS. When I double click the nod32installer.exe file, it never installs. I have set up port forwarding on my router for TCP 2222-2224. Is there anything I am missing?

I can install a package internally on this test machine with no trouble. I am trying to find a way for my outside reps to easily migrate from AVG Free to NOD32. Most of them are 6 to 7 hours away, so meeting up with them is not feasible.
