Remote install error

I try to connect to the client and I get the following error:
E00640000: Remote installation failed. Not enough server storage is available to process command.

I have done the following:
1) Made sure the client wasn't using simple file sharing
2) Disabled the FW (this is a XP SP2 client)
3) Downloaded and installed the most recent Acronis drives and when I installed them to the client, it looks like all is good,I am told to reboot and the Acronis services aren't present, very strange.
4) I using verison 9.1
