Remote Desktop Help session manager

hi all

just discovered this service running on my 98se box and as you can imagine in not very happy about it because its a BIG security risk iv tried googling it but I'm getting to find out how to get rid of it but I'm getting no where

where did this service come from I did a clean install with 98lite and unchecked every box so it shouldn't be installed

anyone know which option under the add and remove components this is related to so I can uninstall it again
