Remote Assitance

    Ok ive had this problem for a while now..and i guess there's no better place then here 4 help..I cant use remote assitance...Im on dsl.and using a Dlink 302g modem !! it doesnt have a router apparently!! now..up untill i got this i could use remote assistance..in Msn messenger!!..The dlink ppl told me to open a port for it..i have no idea how to do that??..as im pc illeterate !! to an extent ..they sent me the instructions to do so...but once i got into the dlnk config page i was lost !!...THe audio works on msn ..But it just says cant find host when using remote even taking of my firewall doesnt work but duz with audio!!...any suggestions much appreicated :eek:
