    Hello,

Remote Administrator for NOD32 (NOD32RA) v1.0.14 has been released. It can be downloaded from the Registered Software section of ESET's web site.

This release adds management of the new features introduced in NOD32 for Microsoft Windows v2.70 as well as support for Microsoft Windows Vista.

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky

Thanks for letting us know , Aryeh !

I've got a question . Since I am ~new~ reseller and no new versions of RAC/RAS have been released since the time I started being reseller , I don't know the following:

Do my clients with EE need to uninstall the old version of RA and then install the new one or it will be there automatically ?

Does the new one works with 2.5 because they still use 2.5 and haven't updated to 2.7 manually ?

Anything specific that needs to be done here , can you describe the procedure step-by-step . Thanks very much ! :thumb:

ADD: Forget it , I emailed the BG tech support , they'll send me instructions .
    Thanks !

Yep, still says 1.0.11 for me too. The ChangeLog hasn't updated yet either.

I unpack the Eset installers so I can install them with a custom configuration file, but they are all throwing up corruption errors:
; NOD32 Remote Administrator Server for Windows NT/2000/XP

    Extracting rasrvnten.nup OK
    Extracting setup.xml OK
    Extracting Setup.exe OK
    Extracting main.dll OK
    Extracting mfc42.dll OK
    Extracting mfc42u.dll OK
    Extracting msvcrt.dll OK
o_O - the file header is corrupt
    Total errors: 1

I've tried downloading via a different browser with the same error, and have tried using the most up-to-date UnRAR from winrar.com - is anything being lost due to this error? Do you offer the install files as a .zip or other format?

Installed right over on top of prior version for me, no problems. It will migrate settings just fine.

    Same error here with WinRAR

    But the files are ok.
You can also start the installation, choose location for unpacking, unpack, quit installation.

I unpacked with winrar, and the error came up.
And unpacked by executing rasrvnten.exe (no error)

The 7 unpacked files are identical, unpacked with winrar with error, or by executing rasrvnten.exe (i checked MD5 and SHA1).

Been covered serveral times before but, long and short of it is that WinRAR doesn't handle the digital signature within the archive correctly.
