Remote Administrator - Time

Dear All, have you guys ever faced the problem of the server's time in remote admin? My remote admin console doesn't show the correct time , but it will show as "future" in the console. Is it possible that it's because of the time here (Thailand) is not the same as in Server? or Is it because of my Windows XP Professional , it's supporting Thai language and it will have Thai setting which maybe differ from you guys's.

So please tell me some solutions of this problem.
