Reloaded computer, lost nod program

    Anyway to have not resent after reloading computer? I tried contact support and i have to have info from the actual av which i do not have any longer. When I added my email address to their support it said it was not a valid address, which is wrong because that is the one they emailed nod to in the first place. Anyways, thanks for any help you can advise me on.

    Can you not dig up the original e-mail with the username and password in that they sent you?

    If it said that it "was not a valid e-mail address", then that sounds more like a typing error than anything else. Have you tried more than once to e-mail support?

    I suggest you contact the company that you got your copy from and let them retrieve your username & password.

    And make a backup next time ;) Or better yet, print it out.
