Is anyone familiar with a program called "Reimaging". It's supposed to return Windows
back to the state when it was new. It's a one time use for $65.
Seems a bit pricey with no guarantee.
My client has no restore CD. www.reimage.com

If you are familiar with this program I would be most interested in hearing your
    comments.
    Thank you,

I don't have any experience with Reimage, but from what I understand it's a web-based service and if that's correct you would need internet access for any recovery needs -- that may well be a bad assumption at your time of need. :doubt:

Personally, I would opt for disk-imaging software (with a recovery CD) and an external hard drive. Then with a regular backup routine you should be all set. :thumb:
