I have got an email from Dmitry about the meaning of NIVA :

Just a little warning:

If you click WebUpdate in the existing version of RegRun, it tells you indeed that there is the new version but it gives you regrung390.exe

You have to download it from here:
http://www.greatis.com/regrun3download.htm#beta

Then you will get indeed regrung400b.exe

(I'm talking here about the Gold version).

 

As this is a new version, i wonder if existing users will have to purchase another license to upgrade.

 

the upgrade is free from 3.9, with me it is.

 

and you get desktopkeeper free apparently
