Registration Key from the original packing is not working!!!!!

    Yesterday I bought a new ESET smart security and while trying to activate he keys which was with the CD it gave me Key already used !!!!!! or something like you may entered wrong though I made sure 3 times to put right !!!!! what is going on !!!
