registration fails during the installation

    hi,

    everytime I try to install Disk Director Suite 10, the installation program complains with the message: "Failed to register the product. please try again later."
    I've checked my internet connection and I confirmed access to the internet for the installation program in my firewall, but everytime there is the same problem.
    I use dial up internet connection and there is no proxy set.

    can anybody help please?
