regedit and taskmanager probs

I have read a few other threads about this problem, and don't want to hijack other threads, so here is my problem. I've picked up a virus somewhere along the line, and now "run" and "search" are gone from my start menu. When I try to open Task manager, I get a message saying that "Task manager has been disabled by the System administrator." I can get the run function and taskmanager back by running Spybot, but it happens again when I reboot. Here is a Hijack This logfile. Thanks for your help.
