refused my user name & password

    just tried to download the new version & it refuses the name & password I use currently, any reason why??

    Well, there are a few standard reasons that need to be explored.

    First, if the username and password in the program works fine to get definition updates, then that username and password will work to download the product kits from the download servers. If yours is working inside the running program, then the most likely reasons for failure at the website are: 1. mistyped username or password (especially a copy paste issue where leading or trailing spaces are accidentally included). 2. Trying to download a file not covered by your license (i.e. a user of NOD32 trying to download ESS). It really shouldn't be anything else than one of these if its a good username and password.
