Refunds

    Hi

    I've tried sending a couple of emails to infoATacronisDOTcom requesting a refund for my recent purchase of Disk Director 10 (didn't recognise my USB Flash Drive) from Acronis Site but to no avail.

    How long do they normally take to reply?

    Any help appreciated

    Thanks for the reply

    I used the email address as I'd done a search for refunds on acronis' site and the email method was top of the results.

    Hopefully sorted now.
