I was talking with customer support and was offered a refund on my remaining days of Prevx 3.0, I told them to go ahead and do that, and it's been two days with no reply which is unusually long for Prevx support. Is there any information that I can be provided with here? Thanks.
Could you PM me your email address? Alternatively, I don't know if you saw my reply in another thread, but I can convert your license to a Webroot license if you PM it to me without having to go through the refund process.

At the moment, we can only convert newly purchased Prevx license keys in a manual process. Prevx 3.0 with SafeOnline is converted to Essentials, but again, this is only in very specific cases at this point. The Prevx cloud database is separate from the WSA cloud database. Further development is stagnant on the P3 cloud but it still provides full protection.
