Hi, I am attempting to burn a new copy of the Recovery Media to CD. I click on Tools, select Recovery Media Builder and follow the prompts, arriving at the window that prompts me to "Insert a rewritable or an empty recordable disc and click Next to start the writing process". At this point I insert a CD - I have tried several - and press Next, but nothing happens. The window stays open and Paragon fails to write to the CD. Any help would be appreciate, Thanks, s660117
Try another procedure. Don´t burn the CD directly. Create an ISO file and burn a CD using your burning software (or ImgBurn, Windows, Nero). Or, use the ISO to create a boot USB key using Rufus.
