    Hi,

Recently decided to try Paragon Backup & Recovery 12 (Home) and decided to check how fast recovery of data is made. I made a backup (about 10 gigabytes), then intentionally corrupted some drivers - got BSOD and joyfully ran recovery (through Winpe).

Boot disk recovered , everything is OK, but it took a decent time . What may be the reason? Disc certainly not new, but it works well and is working adequately (smart shows its ok), of course going to check network again but...

Does restore wizard restore backup block by block, even only a few files weighting a couple of megs were corrupted (or changed)? I think product should have some kind of bitmap of unchanged/changed blocks in order for recovery to go faster. Or I missed some setting somewhere to check such option?
