Recovery Failure

    Hi Guys,

    I have recently backed up a C:\\ drive from a server.

    I wiped the server and then restored a 19Gb c drive image to a raid1 73gb configuration.

    It starts to countdown in seconds and then on then has just stopped on 4 seconds and has been like this now for 45minutes.

    It also says synchronizing with the operating system.

    Any idea what this can be?

    Or is it normal?

Having collected the information please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Please also make sure that you uses the latest build of the appropriate version of Acronis True Image. To get access to updates you should first register your software. Re-create the Acronis True Image Bootable CD using the latest build as well.
