    Hi,

I'm using raid 0 setup on a asus a7n8x-e. The HDs are only few weeks old, but one of the drives makes clicking noises and the od (win xp sp2) hangs when the drive clicks.

    chkdsk finds errors when scanning.

What would be the best solution to recover my data. The stripeset is still accessible.
I don't need a Raid 0 anymore, so a solution would be to recover to one hd.

Which Acronis product would solve the problem?

    Kind regards,

    Louis Haussknecht

    Hello ParkerLouis,

Yes, it is possible. Acronis True Image recognises RAID how a single drive. You should not have a problem to restore the image to a single drive with Acronis program. If you have any questions concerning our software, please feel free to ask us.

    Thank you.
