Gigabyte Ga-m57sli motherboard, AMD 5200 M2 processor,2Gb memory system on a sata 160 Gb drive with data on a 3 drive raid. Backed up (full) to an external firewire disk sucessfully. Verified the backup. Created a recovery cd. Boot from the cd - select verify the backup - hit enter and the system reboots.
Tried again this time chose recovery - the same thing happened. Has anyone any ideas?

    Hello emj,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Could you please make sure that the Bootable CD is created with the latest build of the appropriate version of Acronis True Image? To get access to updates you should first register your software.

If you already using the latest build, please create Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Please keep your external hard drive connected while creating Linux system information. Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
