    hi dudes,

when creating a dvd using tmpgenc or dvd lab i get this message:

read error occured at address 1c103099 of module 'mciqtz32.dll' with 00000000.

i know it must be something bad because my machine crashes soon after.

can anyone tell me what to do next!

    thankyou.
