RE: Spyware Blaster

I keep getting a pop-up dialog box that says "Click Here For Fresh Teens, when I get on the web. Some times porn pops up without warning.
Spyware Blaster helped me get rid of the hi-jacker program that was taking over my homepage setting, but it has not been able to rid me of the nasty dialog box. I tried to update the definitions but notified that I have the latest.
I also have Spy Guard installed but it doesn't ever have anything in the report log, even when new spyware has been found after running Spyware Blaster.
Can anyone help me get rid of the porn?
