I've been using this reg tweak on 32 bit Vista since this thread came out.

Yes it does, but incompletely.
If you apply it as it is, you will lock all 32 bits programs installed in the x86 program file.

As I don't have a 64 bit system available at the moment, I can't implement it. But you can certainly request somebody who has the default SRP enabled on a 64 bit system to provide you the corresponding reg file.
