RC4 - unsupported operation error

    I just installed the RC4 (4.0.226.0) on my Windows XP SP3 machine.

    When the firewall asked what to do with uTorrent I tried to tick "Remember Action (Create a rule)" I got the following error:

    I had to kill ESS and restart it.

    Are you using a limited account?
    I believe that in XP since there is no UAC you can't use the option to "Remember Rule" since limited users cannot create permanent rules. Correct me if I'm wrong... but maybe that is what caused the problem.

    Nope, I have administrator rights. I couldn't reproduce the error though.
