ran CWS shredder-had extra search pages-new log-am i clean?

    Hi , first time here.I was checking pc for security and found iedll.exe in startup , researched and it was cws. I ran shredder and cleaned it out and deleted a few search pages i did not know in Hijack This. Ran ad-aware and have norton and spywareblaster but want to make sure I am ok. I have windows xp sp1 and ie6.new log from HT-any help is appreciated-thanx
