We have NT Server SP6 and it has raid 5 discs (6 physical discs) with 4 partitions. I wonder if Acronis True Image Version 8.0 support creating and restoring images in this configuration.

    Hello berkantb,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Server Disk Backup Software.

When Acronis True Image Server is running under Windows, then it works with all the hard disk drivers detected by the operating system. If Acronis True Image Server is running in rescue mode (e.g. to restore the system partition), then the following RAID controllers are supported:

    - P-ATA (IDE) RAID controllers (Promise, Highpoint)
    - All levels (RAID 0,1,2,3,4,5) of most of SCSI RAID controllers (Adaptec, Dell, LSI and others)
    - SATA RAID controllers (Highpoint, Intel, Promise, Silicon Image)

Some RAID controllers may be supported as well (the ones that have not been tested yet) and the others will be supported with the future updates.

You can download Acronis True Image 8.0 Server for Windows trial version at http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/download/ATISWin/ in order to make sure that the product works on your server.

You can find the detailed information on how to use Acronis True Image 8.0 Server for Windows in the respective User's Guide.

Please visit Acronis online store to purchase the full version of the product.

Please also note that we have a flexible system of discounts and the amount of the discount varies depending on the number of copies you want to purchase.

In case you are planning to purchase many copies, please contact our Sales Team at sales@acronis.com.

    Thank you.
