Raid Question

I am considering moving from a single Sata Drive to a Raid Array, but I don't want to reinstall everything. Is is possible to make an image of my single drive and then clone that image to my RAID Array after it is set up?

Yes, it is possible. However, the restored operating system may not boot because of a lack of the appropriate drivers for the newly installed RAID controller.

If you want to be completely sure that the restored operating system will function correctly, we recommend using Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation or Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows (depending on which operating system you use) in conjunction with Acronis Universal Restore for your purposes.
