    Hello . Since America OnLine ActiveVirusShield is Kaspersky based product support for it is provided in Kaspersky's official forum . You can open it and ask there for support http://forum.kaspersky.com

    I believe you'll need to uninstall it , keep the license and download the new version from AOL's site but just to be sure post there . If you can't find a solution , you can use another freebie.

    yes, you have to uninstall 303, download 308 and install that, use the same code as in the previous version.
