So, I was wondering if there was any way to delete a partition.

And if there was any way to see for sure if the partition I am deleting is the one I want to delete.

Basically, here is the story, I have Windows Home on a partition in my D: drive that is taking up hd space I wish to use. Is there any way to safely get rid of this without compromising my pro installation?

Just a one time thing. thanks. :doubt:

Sure, there are many tools that can do this. A good one is forex Partition Manager, by Paragon, but there are others you can find that will do the job, as well. Symantec makes one, VCom, etc.

Hum, I'm guessing nothing that is free would be safe...

I'd rather leave the partition on than pay $60 for a deletion. Thanks a lot though Jim.

No problem, but just as an FYI:

This is pretty reasonable, and works well.
