When I open outlook, every new email is scanned, and some dissappear into some eset folder that dissappears. I would like to see some of the emails that are considered probematic, where does this folder disappear to? Thanks for the help

The folder that appears then disappears is called TempEsetAntivirus. It is the temp folder Nod32 uses to analyze mail, then blows it away when finished.

In order to see the "probematic" e-mails, first I'll ask what do you have as an Actions selection as shown in this section from the tutorial ?
