When restoring an image there is no need to create and format partitions on the target drive. When restoring an image there is no need to format any partitions already on the target drive. When restoring images to a blank drive the restoration process creates the partitions.

So make it easy for yourself. Restore the AOMEI image to a blank SSD with AOMEI boot media.

Are you asking how to delete all partitions? You could do this from AOMEI boot media.

Thank you ! Ya, I know it. My question was because my drive now has too much partition that I'm not able to merge neither with Acronis nor with Aomei, and i thought to format the SSD to better clean the drive.

    I'd run Diskpart "clean".

Sure, but I have to wait 2-3 days for the restore: I'm not at home now.
