  3. I have mixed feelings about Qubes. Granted I'm not a security expert, it seems like a really overengineered way to achieve security. And it still leaves a lot of conscious security decisions in the hands of the user.

    I can understand the rationale for security by isolation, and for the way it's implemented in Qubes; I just don't think (at this point) that it's The Answer, at least as far as desktop security is concerned.
