I don't know what to do with this message:

"An email sent to you was quarantined. This notification lists your emails quarantined since the previous Quarantine Release Notification. Click a Message ID to release an email from quarantine."

Can I safely click on the message ID to read it?

Can you post a screenshot for clarification ?

I suspect this is a fake one , however.

It's from User Quarantine Release to me at my email address. The subject of this email is User Quarantine Release Notification and gives date and time. I don't think this is a fake thing because I was expecting this email that was quarantined.

As it turns out now, I don't need the email and can delete it, but should I?

This is in my Windows Mail Inbox folder.

You are safe to delete it . It is a sort of SPAM/phishing

Educate Windows Mail's SPAM filter this is a SPAM message/Junk Message
