Hi stevae and welcome to the forums :)

The Quarantine list can be accessed from the virus Guard section. Look for the link that will open the list to allow you to restore a quarantined file.

Hi, i´m trying Returnil and the error reported here - https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=298927 - didn´t occurred.

I´ve just downloaded a EICAR test file, and virus guard blocked it immediately.
However, after looking for some time, i don’t find options either to delete or restore files from quarantine. Maybe you can be a little more specific please?

Anyone was able to figure this outo_O?

Ps: does the real-time virus protection on free version is definitive or time limited? Im asking this because during the install i read that the real-time virus protection in the free version is 30 day limited, or something similar. However i didn´t foun that information on the site: http://www.returnilvirtualsystem.com/products

    Thanks!

You saw the Eicar file block listed in Virus Guard > Log - yes?

Does the information on this page help clarify this?

    http://www.returnilvirtualsystem.com/files/manuals/en_us/rss/ch04.html#quarantine

If not, what would you like to see added to the documentation to make it better?

It is included in both free and Pro versions with proper client registration as applicable.
