   USA still the best. But barely.

   Wise Driver Care upon install this message pops up. I don't understand what this means. And I don't want to blindly press the Repair button.

   I get that message on occasion and I just blindly click on Repair. I don't know exactly what changes it makes, but it doesn't cause any issues.
