pwd/user problem in Vista32

I finally took the plunge with Vista 32bit and transferred my NOD32 licence over to the new OS. Whenever Nod32 updates, I'm asked for my pwd and user everytime. I've done the obvious and re-typed my details into the Update Section but it does not cure it. I e-mailed support but was told that my licence had run out in June and I had to renew it. My licence WAS renewed back in June and the new details have been re-typed twice and I used cut and paste as well. Is there another part of Vista that I have to access to record pwd's?

 

If after typing your UN/PW here the server let you download the version , it is something in the setup . Otherwise , it is the license that has expired. You need to find a proof that you actually renewed your license and/or contact the reseller /distributor you renewed from
