Push config file only, no reinstalls or uninstalls

I have a server with RA configured. I also created a config file I want to push to my clients.
I already have about 20 pc's with different setups. Versions are 3.x and 4 mixed.
Now I want all of them to connect to my RA server. Is it possible to just push the config file? Or do I need to uninstall and then reinstall all of them? I really don't want to go by them by hand as well if not needed.

Ok, i'll try that. Are the clients that are not connected to the RA server also updated then? Because they are acting as stand alone now and I want to connecting to the RA. That is my goal with the config file.
