Purchsased License Key not working

    I entered my license key and I get the message that tells me that I can now use all of the features of the product. But then after I click "OK", it still says I am using the free version. What do I need to do to make this work??

    Did you get the free version status after checking update with the ewido server?

    Validation of license is in two stages. When you enter the key in the program, the program itself will check the algorithm of the license key. If the algorithm is correct, it will say that you have the Plus Version. This is the first stage. Then, when you connect to the ewido server to check for signature and program update, the ewido validation server will check for the validity of your key. Validity means whether your key is genuine, blacklisted, suspended, expired or is generated by a keygen. This is the second stage. After it is verified that your key is genuine, it will show you the status of your license on the ewido main screen: Your license is valid for XXX days until XX-XX-200X.

    with your invoice number, name, e-mail adress and postal address when you purchased ewido, and they will check your key for you. Sometimes, the validation server may have a problem.
