Purchased Prevx Renewal, Can I Upgrade to WSA

    I purchased an renewal for Prevx 3 without knowing that it is no longer supported or being updated. Is it possible to get an upgrade to WSA?

    I have similar question.

    My husband's computer has 6 months left of his 2 year Prevx subscription but I would like to move him to WSA. (He has had a problem with one of those fake anti-virus programs.)

    Is there an upgrade path available?

    We can convert a one-year license but still don't have the transition between arbitrarily sized licenses ready, although it should be in place this Fall.
