purchased nod32 with wrong email

Hello I really need help because I purchased my Nod32 Antivirus from the eset website http://www.eset.com/ on a wrong email!! I made a mistake while typing my email and I bought it for 2 years.. I need help to know how to cancel the purchase or to get refund or to redirect to my original and correct email.. Please answer as fast as you can. Thank you

Thank you I contacted customer care support. Do they take too much time to answer? I really need this antivirus and if possible a refund because I bought my antivirus on a wrong email..

 

You can get a refund for any reason - they have a 30 day no-quibble guarantee - but they probably won't get back to you until Monday (I know the US office is closed until monday)... some of us resellers work 7 days a week though...
