Puran Professional Defragger Free

    I've been using it since it was developed and it does a better job than most of the other free defrag out there. It also includes a boot time and disk check defrag. Cleans the system nicely and very, very quick.

    Fully agreed and unbelievable that its free when most do less and charge.

    I'm a recent 'convert'. :argh: Great program.

    (I also like Defraggler for quickly defragging large external storage drives.)

    It just may be my particular PC or setup but Puran seems to mess up my OS file system. Running chkdsk C: /f leads to multiple fixes on drive images I have used Puran on and no problems on drive images I haven't used Puran on. Go figure? Anyway, I've decided not to use Puran even though others have had good comments on it.

    Windows 7 64 bit
