I've been using this for a few years (I had WinXP Pro on the remote computers) to create backup images of remote OS.

I tried it recently with WinXP Home and Win7 on the remote computers and can't get it to work. Has anyone got it to work with these OS on a remote computer?

    GlobalForce,

Thanks, but no luck I'm afraid. I can get around the problem by booting into WinXP Pro on the remote computer and use psexec from my computer to image all remote OS partitions from the WinXP Pro OS. I have about 10 OS on one remote computer. No big deal.

I figured an experienced user like yourself would get around it - good.
